Prompt and friendly customer service- went above and beyond to cater to a request I had. Love the brand and the experience.

I am extremely impressed with the efficiency of this company … I love there designs … and the sure is extremely easy to use. If I have one down side for myself .
Is that the mini dresses are too short . And the longer length are not that many … and seem to be sold out very quickly.

I had an issue with my order delivery, but the Mior Paris customer service team was incredibly helpful and responsive. I recently submitted an order and then realized that I had ordered the wrong size. The team was very quick to help me get a refund so that I can reorder something else!

The clothes are amazing and so cute. There’s a lot of variety so everyone can surely find many amazing pieces for their style, unlike places like Forever 21 that has one type of attire (skimpy, cut outs, cropped, transparent) and is catered to one demographic. I bought so much! Solid quality for most of what I ordered. The prices during big sales can’t be beat. The customer service is so good. I missed the return window by 1 day and they easily made an exception.

I needed to change a size of an item after the order has been placed. The 24 hour online service team assisted me promptly. I'm actually not sure if it was an AI chat or a real person, but still, I'm pleasantly surprised with the efficiency.
